Tabs Pane font help?

I want my tabs pane to be solid black, but then you can't read any text since the text is default black. Where do I change the font for the tabs pane so I can recolour it how I like?

In SKS 7, change skin colours, from drop down select show me the skin defined system colours, it is Window text colour. Note this will change text colour on all windows and dialogs.
