im trying to mod for sins of a solar empire orignal and ive come across bin files in the entiy file and im running windows 7 and the convert data exes dont work and i would like to change them over to txt format can some one recomend a program that can do that?

you could try mine or hoho5000's or dekanrik's.

my one I have tested on xp 32 bit,vista 32 and 64 bit AND win7 32 and 64bit
