if you created a support ticket they will contact you directly.  the forum isnt the right place to resolve this problem.  |-)

Support has yet to fail me. Granted I have a bit more patience with support than most it seems. At any rate, did you buy from Impluse like Dauntless said or was it a retail purchase?

So I have to say is really not the fastest suport hir omg!! :annoyed:

I bought the game and I get no serial!! and help you get not! :annoyed:

I bought it 2 days before !! -_-

  1. Open Impulse
  2. go to "my games" tab
  3. right click on "Sins of a Solar Empire"
  4. click on "view registration"

This should show you your serial. 

If "Sins of a Solar Empire" does not appear under "my games", then only Stardock support can solve your problem.  The only possibility I can think of is that you may have used a different email address when buying the game then when you created your account.

Which part is giving you trouble?  Is "Sins of a Solar Empire" not listed in the my games tab?

If it's not, then only Stardock support can help you.

yes that's the problem I myself have turned to the support but has no one reported the last 4 days!
