Pantheon - stop 1v1

Hi,

Please Stardock stop these 1v1 games in Pantheon. It started yesterday and now it is nearly impossible to get a 2v2 in Pantheon.

Why did u changed this, everything worked fine (no bots, no 1v1).

Demigod is a teamgame, please let us play teammatches, not this boring 1v1 games. Better fun with a noob teammate than none teammate!

Specialy for beginners it is absolutly impossible to learn something in 1v1. Most of them quit, after 2 deaths before the 5 minute mark, because the have no teammate for help and giving advices.

Please dont stop 1v1, it;s awesome. Now i can trust only to my own game-abilities, and to be not dependend on noobish ally, which can ruin absolutely any game. Until 1v1 it was a matter of luck with your teammate, and now it's only up to your skill. Thats what i call challenge.

1 vs 1 is nice. Why stop it ? Because u lose in 1 vs 1 ?!?!? 1 vs 1 is to test ur own skills without anyhelp. What can u do alone ? Can u update citadel+equip fast ? Which one u will take 1st....citadel upgrade or equip ??? Keep practicing ;p

1v1 on Crucible against generals (with Cloak of Night) is unbalanced like hell, particularly at Domination mode. There is no skill necessary for generals to win this.

90% of ppl i played 1 vs 1 in pantheon was an Erebus. Ppl take the easiest demigod to play in general. And if u dont like playing in Crucible, concede within 3min. If the Erebus's player is too stupid to use bug/exploit instead of playing a good game...its up to him/her.

And there is more 1 vs 1 since ppl dont play much in pantheon. Just take a look at general side played games vs assassins. This is so funny to see how ppl "farm" pantheon all day :P

You are right though, if I get LE on crucible 1vs1 I start off by promising not to swarm or warp across the lava.

There is one problem with 1vs1. If we are playing fortress there is only going to be one flag.

Seems every fortress game in 1vs1 ends alot when I push the 1st person off of the flag. They concede before 3 minutes.

I agree, hate the 1 on 1.  I guess if no one else starts for a long time it is better than nothing, but most matches are decided based on what DG you pick.

I normally play as Oak and though I dont always win, the other player must be absolutely perfect to even have a chance.  I lost to a TB earlier today but prior stomped a Rook, a Reg and two UB's.

Plus I dont like Crucible as a map.

And I dont recall an announcement about the change.  Maybe drop us a note....

Hey GPG, While I am posting, how about adding some networking choices or options.  I want to be able to choose not to participate in 1 on 1, not use some a particular map.  Maybe even the ultra advanced option to not play with a particular person as an ally.

Also what is with the invalid gamestate when a player drops?  That seems to have gotten worse.
