WindowBlinds 7 & Fences Pro small issues

I've used WB7 on Windows 7 x64 for about a month and I ran into some small issues.

They are not anything deal breaking but it'd be great if they can be fixed in the future.

1. Whenever I load a new skin, the cursor in the Search textbox of the start menu is

positioned a bit higher than where it should be. Only when I click it, it goes to the normal

position, i.e. to the middle of the textbox.

[After a skin has been loaded]

[After clicking in the textbox]

2. When I right click on a full recycle bin, the "Empty Recycle Bin" appears greyed out (disabled)

although the recycle bin is full. If I hover the mouse over it, it goes back to normal.

3. The show desktop button doesn't stretch to the full height of the taskbar making it hard to

click or hover the mouse on it without looking which is pretty annoying.

[Notice that the white highlight doesn't stretch all the way.]

These 3 issues happen with all skins so I'm guessing it's got to do with WB7.

4. In Fences Pro, to reproduce the issue I had, set all settings to default, fill the recycle bin with

something, put it in a fence, right click on the icon and check "Exclude this icon from Fences' quick hide",

and finally, try to empty the bin. It falls out of the fence. I had this issue with a couple other

programs but I don't remember which.

I had a couple of icons fall out of the fence.  I haven't a clue why.  I have another relatively small issue with Windowblinds 7.  When I am scrolling through skins in the new gui, the count seems to get off kilter.  I click on a skin I wish to load, and the preview window shows the skin before it or the one two or three back in the list.  I can compensate by selecting a skin 2 or 3 ahead of the one I actually want to load, but it is moderately anoying.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Maybe you could try moving the skins from the skins folder to somewhere else and try adding them back 1 by 1.

The skins folder (if you're using Vista or Seven) is here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds

or you can type "%Public%\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds" without the quotes in the Run command.

Are you using a non default DPI setting?

Also do you have WB 7.0 or 7.01 installed?

I am running Windowblinds 7.01 build 234 on Win 7 64 bit.  DPI is 1200X1920 which I believe is default for my 24 inch monitor.  Now that you have so kindly answered me, the problem seems to have disappeared.  As of this moment, it is working perfectly.  It probably doesn't help that I have about a thousand blinds loaded.  I am getting to be a WB junkie.  Thanks

I have 7.01, but the problem chillychan noted in his #1 (OP) still exists in mine as well.

Doc, you mean you don't have the #2 & #3 problems (I know #3 is not so much a problem as

a feature request)? I'm using 7.01 Build 235 which is the latest build as of now but still have

the problems. Or are you using the beta build?
