can't open fences configuration

I have installed the new fences and evrey thing works fine exept the fences configuration.

whan traying to open fences configuration nothing happens.

I tried to reinstall (withe resets between ) but no luck >:(

I am using winxp and  .net 3.5.

If thare is no solution to my problem can I use the regisry to set the transparency of the fences ?
