Contact support - support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket. They will get Impulse working again for you.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling it? How did the problem start?

You're gonna need someone from Support. Sounds like mistranslated Greek to me.

Sorry I couldn't help. :(

If it worked before: Have you changed any security settings or software or had any recent updates to same?

If it didn't: Have you tried  installing Impulse with all AV/Security apps temporarily disabled?

Is the BITS service running? (not sure if it's still required though)

Okay, lets take it from the beginning.

Sounds like you have used Impulse before, is that correct?

Explain how you were using Impulse before this problem happened.

You can use Impulse to purchase WindowBlinds throught the Store/Explore tab, and yes you will need Impulse to activate and install WindowBlinds.

I wish they wouldn't have switched to this 'impulse' thing lol.

I don't like having to download software to download software. Make sense? I now prevent it from running anyways.
