Uh.. I want to play Demigod but the stupid update wont download..

Yea.. the title says it. I have tried reseting the data, looking online to see if other people had these issues.. Everyone called them piraters.. w.e? The update shows on impulse. Its showing the 0.0% and at the bottom where it says status, it says preparing download. The first time i tried to install the update it got to 100% like normal, but then decided to just sit there. Now as i see, there is no technical support..... Can anyone help me before i take this game back to the store?

 

p.s. the update is for playing online.. which is why i bought it..

Similar issue with me. I bought the game, opened it up, and tried to update twice in game and twice on the autoplay and the program simply shuts off or shunts me (through the autoplay menu) to the website, where I had to download Impulse. After downloading impulse and confirming through email the impulse program shows me the demigod update but will not accept my (serial? activation code? whatever i bought the game) code to register my product and therefore will not allow me to update demigod to play online.

First contact with a stardock product and already encountering problems. Can you please provide a direct link on your website to update the game instead of having to install a third-party program? Otherwise I'll need some technical assistance to get through this- otherwise I can't play online:(

It is a good game, though!

Well im having the same issue to, but i can't even play singal player. I  also just bought it, downloaded the game, then update but when I try even to get screen on for the game it doesnt pop up. So i checked to see if i had all the requirments(which I do)and tryed uninstalled and try everything again and once again still not working. Oh and Beltan the serial code is the numbers and letters on the back of manual if you bought it at a store idk where it is if you bought it online.

Similar issue here, consistently get "Download is smaller than expected when patch percentage gets to approximately 6%. Have rebooted and tried looking for solutions online with no lock. I see nobody from Stardock has commecnted in here yet. Will keep looking.
