jest bought sins bundle online no serial number please help

jest bought sins bundle online got a confirmation email but no serial number. I've been trying to fix it for two days so far no luck. I have impulse  on my computer but with no serial number it's jest shit. i paid 29.99. to get pissed off!

 

CAN ANYONE HELP ME!?!???

Okay, let's take it one step at a time. The way Impulse works is that it automatically associates the CD keys when you buy something to the email address you used (which should therefore match the email address that you used to set up your Impulse/SD account).

Did you buy with Paypal that has a different email than the one in your Impulse account?

If the emails are the same and you launch Impulse and log in with that same account, do you see the games in the My Games tab?

If you click the blue ? in the top right in Impulse and select "Register a product", do you see Sins and Entrenchment in the list that pops up?

no i only used one email for it all and i used visa not paypal

I just sorted this out myself Travis. The serial numbers are in the email reciept that they sent me. Hope this helps :)

By reciept do you mean the first email i got after i bought the game becouse if yes i looked it over so many times and havent seen  it

on the same topic of actvaiton codes my friend bought the entrenchment and got the download and gave me a copy of the installer because of my slow internet how would i go about buying an activation code for it would i just buy the game normaly and get the code that way?

Have you got 2 emails from Stardock? Usually the first I get is confirm that the order was placed. The second actually contains the serials and such.

 

Another thing to remember is that it was the holidays, so Im sure support hours are all screwy. And that there was a huge flux of support question. So you will have to wait till they get to yours, first come first serve thing. And I could be wrong on this next thing is emailing them several times can reset your ticket spot. Also have you PM a Mod to ask about your support ticket in line?

Please do not repeatedly mail support before you recieve a response. Doing so will only delay their response time since it'll make your ticket "new" again and it will drop to the end of the queue.
