No Registration numbers for Dragon Age: Origins??

Hey,

I purchased Dragon Age: Origins Digital Deluxe Edition yesterday and downloaded it overnight. When I woke up this morning, it was asking for the Registration Codes. I was never emailed those codes. However, I searched the forums and found a link to Stardock Support, where I could have my registration codes emailed to me. They emailed to me correctly and I assumed that the codes would work. I was mistaken. Below is what I recieved in the email from Stardock Sales, after I requested the codes.

Product Name  : Dragon Age DLC - Deluxe Edition Pack
User Name     : <<Name Deleted>>
Download      : http://dragonage.bioware.com/redeem
Serial number : ####-####-####-####

Product Name  : Dragon Age: Origins Digital Deluxe Edition
User Name     : <<Name Deleted>>
Download      : http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup.exe

I deleted the serial number in the first one because I think it is for the other content I need to download from Bioware. I tried to put it in the Dragon Age: Origins installer when it asked for it, but was 4 characters short. (It needs ####-####-####-####-####). I was not sent the code for the second one.

I am already upset because the sale did not work as advertised (Did not take 25% off in the confirmation email, but did when I was ordering). I have registered games using Impulse in the past and never had any problems. I am assuming it has something to do with the holidays. Still, it is very irrating because I was looking forward to playing it and was unable to do so.

Any help provided would be most apprectiaed. Thanks!

EDIT: Yes, it does show up in Impulse, listed as "Installing"
