Stretch & Fill monitors option greyed out

I am running a dual monitor setup with a GTX260; a 1360x768 32" primary & 1280x1024 19" monitor.   Running 195 drivers.  

 

THe option to stretch or fill monitors is greyed out.   Just trying t figure out how I can

a. Fix it

b. get a static background on the second monitor.

Which OS are you on?

Those are greyed out on Windows XP as they are only supported on Windows Vista or Windows 7.
