Can anyone Help?

I know the Stardock peeps are off for the holidays but, I know there is some smart peeps here on the forums so I pose my

problems to you. My Sister installed Fences pro on a Windows xp Home machine and it takes away the desktop background.

the only way to get the background back is to uninstall Fences Pro.

I have already tried checking the active desktop and it is turned off.

WinMonster2, could you tell us if your sister has any other SD software on the machine? Also, did you install it with Impulse with all antivirals/firewalls off?

If you could tell us machine specs ie the vid card she has?

Sorry, I'm not one of those. You can also try going onto stardock irc in Impulse and might get help there.

Thanks for the reply DrJBHL I went to check what the specs were on her video card and in the device manager it had a unknown device where the video card should have been I updated the driver and it fixed it right up all works fine now.
