Fences Pro and Windows XP Home SP3 not playing well together Help Please?

I have 2 computers in my home

1-Windows 7 64 bit -> fences working fine now

1-Windows XP Pro sp3 32 bit -> Fences working fine

now My Sister seen mine and wanted so she went home and loaded up impulse and installed fences pro

Her System has the following Problem

Windows Home sp3 32 bit -> Install Fences Pro and you can not have a desktop background it takes it away only way to get it back is to uninstall Fences Pro

Is her background possibly set with active desktop? If so, try using a standard image instead and see how that works.
