Can't decompress because can't find central directory WindowBlinds 7

I'm sorry but this is BS,

First I can't download WB 7 because the download is larer than expected.  I get told by SUPPORT to uninstall my beta WB 7 and sure it finishes downloading but now  after Finally succcessfully downloaded WB 7 and now after uninstaling I'm told it can't decompresss because it can't find the central directory WindowBlinds 7. WTF ?   This product and this company's support is going down the toilet. I've been a faithful Stardock customer since the very first product but frankly i'm close to being done, this is just pure Bs, its been one problem after another. Thi sImpulse crap sucks, give me the old use interfce anytime, this thing is useless, now I have to wait until next year to get this resolved ?

Give me a break...

As mentioned in your other post - https://forums.wincustomize.com/371911/page/1/#2480017

From what I can see by the support reply by Shirley is a recommendation to try an uninstall and reinstall of WB7.  Did you reboot your computer after uninstalling and reinstalling?  Sometimes temporarily disabling anti-virus and firewall programs running on your computer prior to installing will also help.

Please note: The forums here are mainly user supported and making statements about 'loosing one of your most loyal customers' does nothing to help with getting helpful replies from WC members.  If you wish to formally complain then please email complaints@stardock.com.

The 'official' contact for Stardock support is to email support@stardock.com and initiate a trouble ticket. As previously mentioned, Stardock support are on holidays and it could be awhile before you get an 'official' reply.

WC mods and members are more than willing to try and assist you in resolving your install issue.

It also would be advantageous in following member suggestions if you stick to one post.

Sorry for your troubles with WB7.
