Manage Email Subscriptions?

I've recently begun getting email a lot more regularly from Stardock—and quite honestly, I don't want to receive them.  So, the other day I clicked on the "manage email subscriptions" link at the bottom of the message and removed myself from everything.

Unfortunately, I'm still receiving email.  If I click the link again, I'm still unsubscribed from everything.  But I'm also still receiving email.

What gives?

 

What do I need to do to actually stop receiving this unwanted email?

I apologize that you have continued to receive promotional mailings despite the fact that you had opted out of these. I've just gone into the database and ensured you have been removed, so you should be all set at this point. Please do let us know if this persists.

I have the same difficulties like the OP to remove myself from the Stardock newsletter Impulse Magazine - December 2009. Please, remove any subscriptions from my address. I did not check any checkboxes on my newsletter subscription page.
