Win 7 Upgrade from Vista

Have Object Desktop Ultimate, other programs working.

I can't get Icon Packager to work.  It wants the activation code, yet I have NO seperate code for it other than the Object Desktop Ultimate code.

 

So I tried to Reactivate from Impulse menu, and it fails saying I need to delete a file (which does not exist, btw) c:\ProgramData\Stardock\IconPackager\sig.bin  and attempt to re-activate again.

 

 

How do I fix this AND prevent it from happing to other software within the Object Desktop Ultimate suite?

 

Also, Tweak 7, Mycolors and Obectdock +, are working fine and have the correct activation code for each respectivly.
