MOV and XML will not change (amongs others)

Hi,

It's driving my crazy lately that some icons refuse to change to the iconpackager set.
For now .mov and .xml is refusing to change whatever I set.
They stick to the default of windows.
They look right in Iconpackager but not in Explorer.

Why?

I am on Windows 7 64bit and latest IP.

...looks like depending on the default application linked to your file types that you need to manually alter icons in your registry.

I manually adjusted the mov icon since they are still attached to Windows 7 default Media Player instead of Quicktime.
Why can't Iconpackager alter them all or at least look which application is attached and adjust those filetypes?

As for xml, still no luck but it is probably something similar.
