It works on one login but not the other

An odd bit of Deskscapes bias (Win7 64-bit)

It must like me better or something.

Deskscapes works just fine under my login (which is where the install originated), however, when I swap over to my wife's account and attempt to run it, the main app window looks odd.

Instead of the tabs running along the bottom (Backgrounds, Background Settings, and Effects) along with the stuff within them, there is only the Backgrounds tab and it doesn't include any of the installed stuff to boot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running Windows 7 (64-bit) and everything's up to date (a fresh build from scratch).

Thanks and happy holidays.

Do both accounts have the same priveliges, are they set up the same?  It might be because one has admin and the other doesn't.

That could very well be. I will have to give my wife Admin access to see how that works. Thanks!

EDIT:

Sadly, this didn't do anything. I gave my wife Admin privileges, logged her out and then logged back in and found the same problem. Any other thoughts?

Dreams are installed on a per user basis.  You may need to run the install under the second account too.

I can't find a way to download it a second time. When I go into Impulse on my wife's account, it shows as already installed. If I uninstall and then reinstall things, won't I just break it on my primary account?

By the way, thanks to both of you for addressing this ridiculously fast. It is very appreciated.
