Can someone explain ladder experience....i just noticed stats reset and mine is lower than someone else i play with, and I've noticed that on the last few stat resets and wondered why.

I haven't played much online lately (Dragon Age fever) but I think that's a little harsh... 
Stardock screwed up on this one. I was hoping they'd make a new and working ranking system, not simply refreshing our win / loss ratio so that we can't determine balanced games any longer. I had to play out a long and painfully imbalanced game today against 3 good players with former win / loss ratios between 60% and 70% with two much weaker players, one a relative noob. I wouldn't have agreed to play it if I had seen their ranks on pantheon prior to the game.
OK...BUT this doesn't help my question....my ranking is like 880something my friends was like 1100ish...why the difference? is that because i've never done pantheon and he has or what? btw i hate the overlay anyway.
