App that remembers WindowsXP Desktop Icon Locations

I am constantly rdp'ing to my work desktop (22" 1680x150) from other smaller screen workstations.  This rearranges my icons to be formatted to fit on the smaller screens for the rdp sessions, and when I come back to my desk all of the icons are still formatted for the smaller screen.  I thought I saw a stardock app that remembers the locations of your desktop layout and can re-arrange your icons to your liking automatically.  Does such a thing exist, i was looking at the sub headers for Iconx but didn't see anything that addressed this issue.

BTW:  Sins is the best pc game ever made

You may be able to do something like that with Fences.  You can take a 'snapshot' of the layout for each resolution.  You would have to manually reload the snapshot every time you switched, but it would be easier than redoing the whole layout each time.  And it's free!
