Winstep Software Technologies just posted a step-by-step tutorial at Winstep.net explaining in detail how to create new NextSTART Hotspots and Menus.

This tutorial greatly extends the information provided in the NextSTART User Guide regarding the use of the Menu Editor and the creation of Hotspots - something new and old users alike might find very useful. If you run NextSTART without taking advantage of its hotspot technology, this should change the way you look at it.

Can somebody tell me what the theme is that is used in the preview picture, as that is just one kickass graphic

Also what are the proggies that are being used in it
