Cannot Uninstall Deskscapes!! >:(

I can't uninstall Deskscapes for Windows XP Professional. I have a really old Computer (Nothing fancy) and I'm running low on Memory for my cp, I've deleted other things, but I have nothing else to delete! the other stuff I need for school and my Art. I wanna uninstall it (Here is a link) this is what keeps popping up whenever I try and uninstall it: http://i48.tinypic.com/34hyo8g.jpg Can someone please help? I tried to find the client that it asks for but I can't...any help would be great thanks.
