The Super Abilities Don't Work

I'm using twilight 2.03.

None of the super abilities work. I didn't really care before but I'm trying to beat suicidal and I need every advantage I can get.

I just made a race and chose trade results ingame I don't have any trade techs.

Earlier I tried super breeder, no more than 200m growth with 100% morale.

Super adapter absolutely nothing.

I've tried most of them and they just do not work, even with the regular civs.

There is a checkbox on the first page of game set up to disable super abilities, start a new game after making sure this is not checked.
