Switching title bar between top and bottom of fence

One of my fences has somehow moved its title bar to the bottom. I could not find a way to move it back to the top.

BTW, double-clicking anywhere (including over the empty part of a fence or the title bar) brings up a DirectoryOpus (great explorer replacement app!) window--as it should, since that application uses this gesture.

This happens when you move a fence near the top of your screen.  Try moving it down a bit, the label should go back to the top of the fence.

Also, good to know about the DirectoryOpus double-click.
