OD / WB purchase - So where is it?

I bought the object desktop package via debit card quite a while ago, 3-4 weeks and haven't recieved any copy through my door what-so-ever. Please don't tell me I had to give my name, address and all other contact details just for a digital download. Shouldn't I receive a CD/DvD boxset? I want to install it on my laptop which has no internet.

 

It's been way over standard delivery time, even the fact I am in the UK.

 

Please let me know if this is normal, thank you.

Please email sales@stardock.com with the information used when you made your purchase.  They will be able to assist you with this.

You should have received an email from Stardock with instructions regarding your purchase.

I did recieve an email, but I should also have recieved the box for the program should I not? I won't hassle them just yet incase it is just a late delivery, but I should recieve a hard copy right?

Depends. Did you order the cd? SEE HERE. If not, you ordered the digital download only.

If you're not sure, do what Hankers said...even if you are sure. The only way (well, best way) to straighten it out is through sales.

Even if you did buy the CD, you'll have access to download the apps through Impulse immediately.

I do have access to the download, but I want a hard copy. :) I will ticket them
