Fences not working correctly

Unable to move or resize

I can create fences, but I cannot move or resize them anymore. I allready uninstalled and reinstalled with fences_public.exe but no success.

I run Fences 1.00.2787 Release Candidate on Windows XP Pro SP3

Any suggestions?

Are your Fences locked? Right click on the desktop and select "View > Lock Fences" and make sure it is unchecked.
