Canceling Looping Aura

*using AlienGUIse*

Hi.

I have been using Alienware's AlienGUIse for some time now and I noticed each file-bar (the one with the closing/minimizing/enlarge and application/folder name) has a blue aura around the close-minimize buttons. I knew it's there, but it's only now (after installing WindowBlinds7) I've noticed it actually moves.

I wouldn't have any problem with that, but thing is it eats up tons of CPU usage for an unknown reason.

Canceling the moving aura (return to the default stationary state) shouldn't be hard at all, just changing a line in some file.
But I just can't track down that file, and I've tried EVERYTHING. I don't seem to find the function anywhere.

So how do I cancel it?

This would actually probably require you to edit the skin itself in SkinStudio.  Do you just have the AlienGUIse theme manager installed?  If you're using the skin in WindowBlinds, you could also change the setting to use Aero windowframes, and only skin the taskbar/startmenu.
