Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on About WindowBlinds.  Copy/paste that info here.

Vista Home Basic does not support transparency or blur as it has a limited version of aero. You will need Home Premium or Ultimate to get those effects.

Hello! I make an update of my windowblinds (6.4), but damage  always do not have  Aero effect, if  one could really say what to me it s' acts with the Juste, there would be a commende that I should activate in my machine to profit from  Aero effect

Are you trying to apply Windows Aero itself?  WindowBlinds will not override and allow you to do this.  What you can do is apply an Aero like skin (like the included Diamond) that will look like Aero but use WindowBlinds' own transparency effects.
