DX Weather Widget Problem (Solved)

I have run into a problem with DX Weather Widgets.  I'm attempting to download RedneckDude's Tinted Weather Widget and I keep getting an error once I have it downloaded and try to extract it to the DesktopX Widget folder.  The error is as follows:

inflating: C:/Program Files (x86)/Stardock/Object
Desktop/DesktopX/Widgets/mirsguy perm.JPG 
error:  cannot create C:/Program Files
(x86)/Stardock/Object
Desktop/DesktopX/Widgets/Tinted Weather.exe

I'm trying to do this on a Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit which was an upgrade to a Vista Home Premium 64 bit system.  I have been able to download RedneckDude's DesktopX Theme for Tinted with no problem.  I haven't found this problem with downloading any other skins from the library.

Here's the kicker, I have the Tinted Weather Widget downloaded and running on my XP Home 32 bit system so it has to be some setting or such on the Win 7 system. 

Damn if I can figure it out. :S

Anyone have any idea's on what is causing this?

Problem found, it was the UAC that was blocking it.  :S

I think that UAC is just a virus added into the system by Microsoft developers. So this is the first thing that must be totally disabled if you wish to work on your computer instead of permanent clicking on UAC message boxes... :)

Definitely turn off UAC, it is a waste of time.  ;)
