Is the High Resolution Graphics Mod 2.0 still alive?

That's HRGmod 2.0 and I was just wondering about it running on a strong Windows 7 64 bit machine?

Any issues/ workarounds?

It's just xml and images. If it works in the latest version of the game (and it does), being on a new OS won't change that.
