Problem with serial number

im totally serial

I bought a digital copy of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and recieved the confirmation email saying my order was being processed. It's been several hours and I haven't recieved the serial number. Is that kind of delay normal?

I can't really help you with your problem but I can tell you that you'd be more likely to get help faster if you titled your post with something pertaining to the problem so people are more likely to read it ;)

It doesn't. I suppose I'll try emailing support.

 

 

EDIT: So I did email them, it's been 24 hours since the order was placed. It will probably take a couple of days for a reply so in the meantime, any ideas?

If you used a different email address to purchase S.T.A.L.K.E.R. than the one associated with your Impulse account, you may need to merge your accounts.  You can merge them here:
