Bug or...?

Skin not displaying correctly?

Hello, First post here. I have a question and/or problem. For some reason I get...well let me show you a screenshot of my desktop.

This always shows no matter what wallpaper I use or skin. I am using Blinds 6, Vista 64 Ultimate and whatever information you need I will post. Thank you

try running your dektop experience score in vista... looks like transparency isnt being enabled and I know on my system before running the test it wont enable it.

After u have been given a score.. your drivers should kick in correctly and give u transparency.

Also... come to think of it.. make sure blurring is turned off in WB config blur and trans. section.
