Dark & Hazy Submenu

I notice that the submenu on rightclicking is often too dark & the letters hazy.  I do not know how to fix this issue.  My OS is windows xp professional & I have more than enough RAM & everything else seems up to date.  Please help!  I have installed up to date versions of windowblinds, my colors, object dock plus, icon packager.

A screenshot would help but if your talking about for example Right click > New.. menu it's more than likely just incorrect skinning on behalf of the WB author of the skin that you are using. They haven't balanced their classic windows colors correctly.. and it happens on a lot of skins.

Thank you so much for your suggestion.  I reinstalled the application & now it works just fine.  You are the man!
