Havent recieved download link

from Stardock Forums

Hi,

I purchased skinstudio pro + windowblinds yesturday, the payment has been taken from my account, but i did not recieve a download link to download the software.

I was wondering if i had to do something else or whatever?

If anyone could help i'd be truly greatful.

Download Impulse. Install and reboot. Click on the right corner icon register and in the menu that opens, put in the email you ordered from. Close Impulse and reopen. Should have your stuff in there (give it time to fully logon) under the my software tab.

I would first check to make sure you have the right email account registered with stardock.

Then check your junk mail as sometimes stardock emails go there.

If it isn't in those places, click on settings above your username on the wincustomize homepage and then click registrations and see if there's a link there.

Also, do you have impulse installed and have you checked that?

If all else fails, email support.

It should retrieve that data itself by using the email address you ordered from (sorry to end a sentence with a preposition).
