Basically, this game is played so that the last person who post wins. What do they win? The ThreadKiller's Achievement; The honor of being the last person to post by virtue of the content of their post. However, moderators, admins, and anyone else who has the ability to lock the thread are disqualified from winning the ThreadKiller's Achievement, if they win by locking. If the thread is won by method of locking, the "winner" gains the Achievement Of Reprehensible Epic Lameness.

I hate to say it, but Carbon's kinda screwing himself just knowing he has such a careless douche for a landlord. I've known the type, and they don't usually make up for it with cheap rent.

Lessons learned. I know when I made that mistake it was more due to lack of experience (18 years old). Now I always check the house thoroughly and make any notes of anything I see in writing, and then forward emails and everything. Have even done certified mail just make sure the landlord holds up their end. I am can be a bit of a pain for landlords that don't do their job right.
