Install requires .NET 2.0 on Win7?

Windows 7 has .NET 3.5 as part of the OS install. Why is the Fences installer insisting that I install .NET 2.0?

Hm. Are you unable to install Fences because it claims you lack .NET 2.0? Are you using v1.0 / one downloaded since yesturday? If not I recommend checking out v1.0 just released yesturday. Thanks
