I just ordered Dragon Age Origins! Two questions!

I've always loved Stardock games, and deciding to go digital with DAO has given me a chance to try this server!  Woo!  Looking forward to both. :)

 

Two questions though:

1)   Can I play my games offline?  I know I have to be online to download the game :)  After that though, can I go into Offline Mode like with Steam?

 

2)  Will the be a pre-load for Dragon Age Origins?  I'd loooove to have it all DL'd and ready to go before the 3d.

1) Any game installed through Impulse is basically in 'offline mode'.  Impulse is only needed for the downloading/installing/updating process.

 

2) Not that I know of... :(

.... if you got the special edition, you have to be online to play any character with said content... (a bit of a pain for those with no internet conection like myself ;))
