Affiliates Program - How to get paid questions

Hello,

my name is Adam Solo.
I use Stardock's affiliates program in my website: http://www.spacesector.com
(under recommended products tab on the menu) and today I made my first
commission selling GalCiv2! :)

I searched in the stardock website but I could not find any information
regarding how does the affiliate payment process works. Is there any
amount threshold before you release the payment? How can I reclaim
commission payment and by which method? Is it by cheque, PayPal?

Hi Adam. It might be better if you email sales@stardock.com

This is a user supported forum. Stardock personnel do stop by from time to time, but it's not the official support system.

Looks like a check will be mailed.  From the affiliate agreement:

AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS
Stardock will pay Commissions to Affiliates on a quarterly basis. 
Commissions shall be 15% net purchase price for the Stardock
products offered through the Affiliates. Commissions shall be
considered earned by Affiliate only upon the actual receipt by Stardock
of payment from the Customer.  Approximately thirty (30) days following
the end of each calendar quarter, Stardock will send Affiliate a check
for the Commissions earned during such quarter, less any taxes that
Stardock is required by law to deduct or withhold. However, if the
total Commissions payable to Affiliate for any quarter is less than
$25, Stardock may retain Affiliate's Commissions
until the total Commissions due to Affiliate is more than $25
or (if earlier) until this Agreement is terminated. If a
product or service that generated a Commission is subsequently
returned, cancelled or a credit therefore is given to the Customer,
Stardock will deduct the corresponding Commission from Affiliate's next
quarterly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, Stardock will
send Affiliate a bill for the Commission.

Stardock reserves the right to change any pricing or commission rates
at any time. Previously credited sales will not be effected.
Stardock shall have the sole right and responsibility for processing
all orders made by Customers. Affiliate acknowledges that all
Agreements relating to sales to Customers shall be between Stardock and
the Customer.
