hey when i bought the entrenchment dowload, i got an incorrect address statement the first time i tried to buy it, the message said it couldnt process the payment, but it apparently did because my bank records show two payments for the same item from stardock, who would i talk to to get this reversed?
Most likely, the first one you see is a pending charge.
Basically, it's a check to make sure that there's enough money on the card, and will appear in almost all cases whether the transaction can be completed or not. Normally, the pending charge becomes the transaction itself, but not when it fails. It'll likely drop off in a week or two. You can't use the money until it drops off and almost never can speed it up.
yep it went away but it hadnt shown as a pending my bank sets those in seperate catagories, they both done and through, oh well thanks anyways guys
