Can you download entrenchment from one computer and transfer it.

I do not have the internet at home at the moment and I was wondering if I can download entrenchment from a PC that does not have SINS to my computer that does have it.

yes go to Impluse Driven and download the archive, it even allows you to keep up to date

You can go there, download the program, add that and an Impulse installer to a flash drive and use those to install on an offline computer.
