download cycles over & over

Anybody have any suggestions? I have tried downloading the theme using Impulse and the mycolors mngr. In each case the download reaches 100%...says validating...then the download begins all over again. I tried it with "think green" to see if it was the theme, but the problem repeated itself.
Disable any anti-virus/anti-spyware/firewall during the installation process...remeber to re-enable afterward.
Yep, did all that after the first failed download. Tried 5 more times with no luck.
My next step would be to uninstall MyColors/reset Data in Impulse and let Impulse update, reboot then install both program & theme thru Impulse and remember to reboot before using the software.
Love my University of Florida theme 
Alright, so I tried that with no success. Thanks for the suggestions though.
This is REALLY frustrating. My wife sat down at her computer and had a go at it...she had think green installed in about 10 min. I've been trying to get this sorted out for two days.

try resetting data
try letting impulse updte
