[0.24] [BUG] Screen keeps scrolling

I've had the same issue (mine was a slow drift south).

I've had this too. It's random, because I've played lots of games without it.  Mine drifted south too.

The same thing has happened to me too several times.

I've also had this issue. Game was scrolling to the West (left), while in the city building screen (adding buildings to city). I suspect it's related to the 'zoom into city' process, as that is the only time I've seen it.

I have also had this bug.  I'm posting because I've also had it go away without a restart.  As far as I can tell, sometimes when I have built something in a town it resets the drift.

I've also had this occur. Mine was a slow drift East (right).

Ditto, random drift. If you drag and scroll around a whole bunch in different directions quickly, maybe a couple times in a row, it goes away. But it usually comes back again later in the game.

It's a little more common than 0.23 for me kryo, and I can't get it to stop by getting a pop-up screen or something like I used to.
