WB7 - Explorer always uses ~45% CPU

Only when I select 'Windows Aero' the CPU used by process 'Explorer.exe' goes down to ~0%.
When using a WB skin, I also notice that the explorer bar is not transparent when I set its transparancy in WB.
So, currently I cannot use WB. (This happens since a while ago, but did not think the severe system slow down and 'hangs' was due to WB update)
