Can't update latest version

Okay I have Object desktop Ultimate which doesn't expire until march of next year and I get notice that there is a new update for deskscape but when I click on update it says

"Your regisatraition is not valid would you like to edit your registraition now"

Whats going on?

Well, I'd send an email to support@stardock.com...opening a ticket can't do any harm. I'm guessing (hoping) you're using Impulse so, you have to check what your registration looks like in Impulse.

Click on the question mark (upper right hand corner) and see if things check out there...your registration, serial numbers, etc.

Then click the left upper corner and look at your registrations there "Register a product". See if everything's Kosher...you might have to reregister something.

You can pm me if you run into trouble, Jess.

It's possible there's some wonkiness with how the new update for the beta was staged tonight. We'll look at it more tomorrow, but I didn't see the error about when testing on vista32 tonight.

Jess, I get the same thing and I have over a year left.

No big deal, I'm sure it will be fixed soon enough.

if you go to the 'updates' tab and try to download from there, does it work? when i attempted to update from the 'my software' tab, i got that same registration message. i then clicked on 'register product'. without changing anything there, i then went to the 'updates' tab. deskscapes then updated for me.

I'm having the same problem also and with the latest windowblinds 7 beta update as well it says I need to enter a valid registration for both

I was on the update page and continually got the error message.

I then noticed an install all updates button under the help icon and when I clicked on it , it updated.
