Error when starting GalCiv II Ultimate on Win7

For some reason I am getting these error messages. The game will still run, but it's pretty annoying.

Running with: EVGA GeForce GTX 280, Windows 7 64, 4GB RAM.

It's a bug in Win7 RC. MS has fixed it in the final version.
