This is the mail I've tried to send in reply to the survey I've received in my inbox 12 hours ago (and just fill).

-Email text appears black on black (gmail), I had to select the text (blue highlight) to see it.
-Survey is frustrating : no field to make a comment
And on several input, this is what appears on validation : "The comment you entered is in an invalid format."
yeah great ? wtf does that mean ?
I'm using standard english caracters, is their a size limit ?
You know, HTML langage allows web developers to define a MAXLENGTH attribute to an input field.
But you probably don't care, and don't allow customers to express themselves more on an optionnal survey ?
Seriously I'm pissed I can't even give a correct feedback !
Question 6 is a non-sense : "If you have Object Desktop" -> forced to check option "I do not use Object Desktop" (which is at the end, forced to read every option)....... ridiculous.
Can't you ask "Do you use Object Desktop" in a question BEFORE ?

Impulse is mostly a web browser, i ALREADY have one dammit! IE trident render engine is evil by the way, this is why I prefer to use my favorite browser, Opera (or FireFox).
I'm never using Impulse, I'm using it only to download and install software, I'm forced to.
I prefer an update system inside objectdock, because I'm using it 24/24 7/7 and I will be notificated instantly if updates. Not with Impulse.

-stop spamming me with games i'm not interested in
=> checkbox "don't inform me anymore about this game" or type of game for example
-provide screenshots / videos (miniatures)
At last, coupon code (SURVEY-2009) is frustrating me even more, because the coupon is the same for everyone.
If someone's give it to other people, they won't have to do the survey but will get the 20% off !
I DID the optionnal test, and I'm not rewarded in person. I could have simply ask for the coupon or read it on a forum.
Bad bad bad !
