Elemental will not run

from Stardock Forums

Hello,

I have tried running the beta twice, each time it loads the splash screen and then closes out to the desktop. I've checked the Task Manager, it's completely closing out the process. I'm running on a laptop, dxdiag dump is as follows.

1. Use pastebin.com for large text.

2. It DOES crash like that even for me sometimes, sometimes 3x in a row- keep trying to run it 5-6x in a row.

Sorry, not familiar with pastebin.com...what exactly are you supposed to do there? Thank you.

EDIT: Also, I have now tried running the beta twelve times. It has not worked once.

Paste your bug report, it will save it to a page for a set time (a month should be long enough, you have options), then post a link to that page.

have you tried the FamilyTreeSubWnd workaround mentioned here?
