ok i dont have this issue with any other games so its not my keyboard or mouse..all the icons just sit in aconstant spin same with the map i dont know how to stop this but it has made it unplayable.
This issue is usually a result of having an AMDx2 CPU on Windows XP without updated drivers. Check AMD's website for those and it should solve it.
