Acount login problems for sins of a solar empire

need help plezz!!!

i resently just boght sins and i made an account everything checked out but when i try to login online it says my account is invalid pleezzz i need a hand here any ideas at all would help!!

i am also having this problem i cant really remeber my password and i dont know how to change it or retrieve it..
