How does the Elemental pre-order from PAX work?

looking for instructions on what I need to do...

I believe that I pre-ordered this at PAX, I'm quite sure that I associated it with my current Impulse account, but when I log in, I don't see it listed as a pre-order.  (I got the Sins Expansion too, but don't see that listed either.)

 

I'm just wondering what (if anything,) I need to do so that I can take advantage of the beta and any other goodness that comes along for those that pre-ordered there.

If the beta (elemental) or game (sins expansion) is not yet released it will not show up in impulse.  When the beta starts/game is released, it will show up.

From what I understand, if you didn't order directly from your Impulse account (and maybe even if you did), your should receive by e-mail a serial once the beta is available.

You will then be able to use this serial to register the preorder on your Impulse account and download the beta.

This is what Stardock Support told me as well so I assume it's correct :)

Wondering if I should worry because beta is released today but checking my account earlier I noticed their is no charge from stardock on the card I used to order Elemental. Is this the sign of a problem or to be expected?

Well it is very possible it is stuck in pending transactions but I was hoping to get a SD response on how it works and if I should worry or not.

and this is why I waited, billing went through and I got my email. Downloading now!
